'Taco truck's last stand'

A Hispanic man's struggle to realize his dream in a post-Katrina Louisiana.

I enjoyed this story for the St. Petersburg Times, but maybe it's because I'm Mexican. ;)

I thought the ending was nice, too.

I would totally eat a taco from the taco truck. There is a similar one in the hood, usually parked along Market Street during the day. I wonder if s/he has a good story. Finding out may require a body guard, but could be worth it.; 9:47 PM, October 02, 2008
